The probability is that it won't work, the link you found was posted by a user and is an older version of ZImbra than the one you're using - you can try those instructions if you like but it's not supported. You also have too little memory on the system and it's running in a vserver which may or may not cause you problems.
By far the easiest thing to do is get a CentOS4 64bit server with plenty of memory and the RHEL version will run fine.
BTW, you also had DNS problems in your initial install, did you set-up a local DNS server?
