Default Upgrade from 3.1.3 to 4.0.3

I'm gonna upgrade to this version because i have to migrate Zimbra from the current servers (32 bits) to new servers running OS and Zimbra 64 bits. Wat i'm gonna do is :

Upgrade the actual servers from 3.1.3 to 4,0,3 (32 bits), in my new servers install the same version but in 64 bits. Then, when i've tested that's works fine, i'm gonna upgrade to the actual Zimbra Version in 64 bits.

My question to you, though, is why are you only upgrading to version 4.0.3? The current version of Zimbra is 4.5.5. You really should consider upgrading to this latest version.
