Hey SOXFAN - Fantastic - I'll give that whirl. It's not a big deal for me to shut down the existing services for a brief period (eg when I install Zimbra), then reconfig Zimbra to bind to a specific IP.

I'll post back here on my experiences and any updates I work out. Thanks!
