Stop zimbra
Make sure it's stopped by running a
ps auxx | grep zimbra
Kill anything left over
Run a
./install.sh -s
with the VERSION YOU HAVE NOW, from the install zcs directory.
I cannot stress this enough. If you havn't upgraded, don't do it now.
Not sure what's goin on, but looks like you've got some problems.
Let's see if that fixes things.
