I guess as you want to see all the incoming mail that the always bcc option would do what you need, have a look at this
thread - please not that as you're modifying the psotfix config file it will be overwritten on each upgrade. That will give you _all_ the mail in one mailbox, you can filter it in there and (if you don't want most of it) discard what's not needed.
