For the record, we are relatively succesfully using Outlook 2007 with Zimbra. Some known caveats:
- You need to re-register the Zimbra connector. This can be done either by reinstalling the Zimbra Connector (sometimes this does not work) or by running C:\windows\system32\regsvr32.exe C:\windows\system32\LSMSSP32.dll
- BCC does not work from Outlook
Other than that we haven't noticed anything major in the last three weeks. We are not running Vista.
