I have a client who uses the network edition (4.5 but will be 4.53 in a few minutes)
They have purchased Act version 8 (OEM product) and I can not export the contacts from outlook to ACT using the standard act eport tool.
It see the number of contacts and starts to import but then crashes with a memory error.
Should ACT work with the Zimbra connector.
I have reproduced this on two PCs
Oh and at least if you have to move to exchange make sure it is not your decision. That wey you can balame Microsoft for any mail issues in future.
