We're in the same boat here. When I create IMAP connections in Outlook I don't even see the "Sent" mailbox for the Zimbra account. All sent e-mails go into the local .pst Sent folder. It gets even more complicated because we have several "generic" e-mail accounts which multiple log into simultaneously (this is for customer service e-mails and such) and deal with as they have time.
Ideally we want sent e-mail to go into the sent folder for the IMAP account that is being used to send the e-mail. Any ideas on how to do this without driving my users nuts and making an administrative nightmare for me?
