Each Notebook is access controlled, and by default it's personal, and visible only to the owner. It is possible to change the access so that any registered users can have write access just like company Wiki. It is also possible to grant an access to unregistered users so the people outside the company can view the documents.
We have some experience migrating from Twiki to Zimbra Notebook. By the time Notebook app matures (it's still in beta), we should be able to provide migration help for other major wiki systems. |
