I'm currently running 4.5.1 as well (But the 4.5.2 connector), and I'm wondering if it's worth upgrading or waiting till 5.0? 4.5.1 has bugs to be sure, but it's not crippling (at least not as crippling as a borked upgrade would be). How elegantly does 4.5.2 handle upgrades?
I'll have to do a test upgrade anyway to test..
