 Spam vs Ham
Hello, I am new to the Zimbra lifestyle ... I have recently setup my mail server with Zimbra and am a little lost about the Spam vs Ham in it.
My specific questions are...
#1 If i click "Junk" on an email. It sends it to my spam training account. Now do i have to leave those in my spam training account for it to actively filter them or should i perodically delete them from the spam training account?
#2 If i accidentally click Junk on an email that is not junk and its deleted from my junk folder ... how do i go back and mark that email as not Junk
#3 By forwarding emails as attachments to my Ham account what does that do??? whitelist the sender??? also ... do i have to leave those emails in that list to keep them "hammed"
