I can only do that on tuesday though. I've opened up support ticket 00009035, the log file and nfo file are in there.
This problem is easy to replicate, I'm surprised the engineers haven't picked it up yet. I tried it on 3 machines running XP SP2. One a brand new Sony Vaio, a Dell 600m, and a Dell 1501, all using the BB Pearl 8100.
