Shutdown outlook
run ZcoLogCtl.exe and enable logging with http tracing
Start outlook
repro the problem
shutdown outlook
post the logs to this forum

ZcoLogCtl is located under

<Program Files>\Common Files\System\MSMAPI\<LCID>\ZcoLogCtl.exe
