Different addresses? (Are you importing the mail by dragging the messages from the .pst to a Zimbra IMAP mailbox?)
Zimbra only keeps the "To" information on hand for messages it believes were sent by you. So my bet is that the old "From" email address on mail in the .pst is different than the new email address on the Zimbra server.
If that's the case, here's a workaround that you'll need only for import: Add the old email address into Zimbra as an alias for the new Zimbra address, then import the mailbox, then remove the alias. At import time Zimbra will detect that the "From" header matches the alias and thus treat it as a message "from me". And voila, the "To" column is populated! |
