This is a known (and fixed) bug for Outlook Connector.
It happens when a user or resource included as attendee in a meeting request has extended ascii chars in his name (for example, my name, 'Iņigo' has this problem since 'ņ' is extended ascii).
The bug was fixed one month ago, but it has not be included in version 4.0.5. According to bugzilla, it will be included in next major release, that is, in 4.5 NE . Mid january.
