According to this you already have a mailserver running on port 25, that's why Zimbra won't start.
Do a 'zmcontrol stop' then look at the running services and see what mail server is there, kill it and stop it from running at boot then restart Zimbra.
You do know that you can get support directly from ZImbra for these problems during your trial.
