You don't necessarily need to move it to port 81, have a search through the forums and wiki for some info on forwarding to zimbra. If you really want to change the port then the easiest thing to do is uninistall Zimbra now and go through the install again and you should see the list of items just before you commit the install, you can change the port there. Alternatively, if you have Apache running on port 80 then you should see a warning about port conflict and then you can make the change in the menu before the commit - either way it's the same result. It's far easier doing it now than trying to change it later which can be a bit of a pain.
