Question Automatic spam training filter with the Junk folder

Hi All,

This is my first post to zimbra after giving up on how to enable automatic spam training by moving the spam/junk mail to junk folder.
I have been looking around in the forum for cases like mine but it's to no avail.

I am running zimbra-4.0.4 on Ubuntu drake dapper 6.06 TLS.
Everything works fine except the filter. I Have followed the doc @ http://wiki.zimbra.com/index.php?title=Zimbra_MTA
regarding the automatic spam training.

The tests I have done to test out is as follows:

1. Train the SA and dspam with the corpuses for about 2000 msgs for both ham & spam until the DSPAM status for " TL Training Left" is 0 .
SC Spam Corpusfed: 2222
IC Innocent Corpusfed: 6514
TL Training Left: 0
SR Spam Catch Rate: 100.00%

2. Create a testing account (A) and send a testing "spam" mail to (A)
3. (A) doest regard the incoming mail as spam, so I drag over the mail to junk folder
4. After waiting for a while, I run the command below
/opt/zimbra/bin/zmtrainsa >> /opt/zimbra/log/spamtrain.log 2>&1

5. The spamtrain.log always results in

[] INFO: Total messages processed: 0
[] INFO: Total messages processed: 0
Learned from 0 message(s) (0 message(s) examined).
Learned from 0 message(s) (0 message(s) examined).

6. If I manually send the spam account, created automatically during zimbra installation" or spam account returned after running
"zmprov gcf zimbraSpamIsSpamAccount" and run step 4, the result for step 5 is not 0.

Hence, What do I miss out that the automatic spam filter doesn't work ? What log information to verify in order to troubleshoot this ?
I also scan the /opt/zimbra/log folder for changes after moving the spam to junk folder but there are no suspicious errors.

Look forward to any replies on this, thanks !
Anggiat
