I've noticed that there are a few items missing that are provided in the Outlook integration such as the ability to add an email to an existing Contact (only Account and Opportunity pop up) and the creation of new Accounts, Contacts or Opportunities from a email.
Any idea when Zimbra plans to upgrade the functionality of this Zimlet? Can we access the source of the Zimlet to try for ourselves? I am a Salesforce.com implementation partner, and we really try to push Zimbra to some of our small business clients. Unfortunately we can't get the functionality they know exists with the Outlook integration. |
