Hey thanks Bob, you've been so much help. I know a bit about linux but definately no pro, what I do know is that yes in fact I do have a mail server running on my server, the one that came with it(Have no idea what it's called). And if they forgot to turn it off before turning zimbra on I'll lose a bit of faith in them... I'm also a bit perturbed that I'm paying them for this installation and they can't even go out and take a look at what the problem could be for themselves, they just send me off the error and tell me I need to find them an answer...
Maybe I should have asked someone here if they wanted to be paid for installing it, I just assumed that the guys who host my server with their big server farm would be able to.
