no to the first question, yes to the second if samba account info is kept in ldap, sortof. the passwords wouldn't be synched but if you use external auth in zimbra for a domain it passes the auth off to say the samba ldap server so uses the passwords in there, effectively the passwords are synched between the two systems. |
