In general if you think the Barracuda is enough then you can disable Zimbra's AS/AV support. However in most cases it doesn't hurt to have another layer of protection especially if you have the hardware to support the additional CPU usage that AS/AV scanning requires.

You also get the adaptive training with Zimbra (train SA and dspam) which you'd not get with Barracuda.
