Ok so that error evolved from doing:
'remove rm /opt/zimbra/lib/jars/commons-httpclient-2.0.1.jar'
As outlined in this post.
I re-ran the 4.0.2 upgrade and it fixed that up.
I am going to try and upgrade to 4.0.3 now, FC5.
