Ahh, okay. I guess the score of 20 = 100% is totally arbitrary. I quite often receive spam with scores higher than 20. Though in practice, rarely higher than 30.
The GTUBE test (
http://spamassassin.apache.org/gtube/) will return a spam score of 1000 which I believe is the highest spam score you can get with SpamAssassin. Hence, the reason the percents didn't make any sense to me.
