the outlook profile is your profile with your exchange service
the zimbra profile is your profile with your zimbra service
you can tell outlook to prompt you to select a profile when it starts up
control panel -> mail -> show profiles -> 'prompt for a profile to be used'
it sounds like your 'Zimbra' profile has been reconfigured in such a way that its pretty much useless, but your 'outlook' profile should be fine.
Delete the zimbra profile and create a new one to get things up and running |
