Yesterday I wrote a php tool to check the translated files
i18n-check and I think it's not gone be to hard to add the migration functionality. I'll give it a try today.
One question for the moderators, who is responsible for approving attachments? There are a few attachments waiting in the I18n forum, and most of the contibutors have signed the agreement.
