Did you guys ever get a resolution on this?

I'm able to send email via an IMAP account using Outlook 2003 by checking the "this server requires ... ssl" for the outgoing mail server, and checking the "outgoing server requires auth" (used same settings as incoming).

But with my WM5 smartphone, while I can receive emails fine, and can send emails *to any email address on my zimbra server's domain*, I cannot send emails outside.

I know this problem has been heavily documented on this forum, I've just spent the last 3 hours going thru various zimbraMailMode settings, checking/unchecking "TLS Only", stopping/starting zimbra, tomcat, etc., after changing various options.

If this issue is still outstanding, I can post excerpts of my log files here - on the other hand (please oh please oh please) if there is already a solution, I'd love to hear it.

(I do understand that with ZCS 3.2, I'll be able to simply sync via activeSync, which I do for calendar/contacts already, but it's not out yet...)
