Just make sure you have a backup in a safe place.
I would recommend that you upgrade to FC4 because that way you don't have to upgrade to a beta (depending on when you plan on doing it)
Move your files to a safe place,
install your OS,
install the zimbra ver of the backup,
stop zimbra
copy your backup files over your working copy
install zcs again
/opt/zimbra/libexec/zmfixperms
chown zimbra:zimbra /opt/zimbra/*
That should do it.. . .I think.
