Finally got M2 installed. General reaction is very positive. Zimbra "feels" much more solid with the new CSS skinning system. I have not yet played with it to figure out how much expandability there is in the CSS system (all of the themese appear to just be recolors - and I suspect that the overall structure of the Javascript layout system would prevent too much customization.

More specific feedback:
- The key bindings rock. It makes this accessable to the most selective of users, thoose who still use pine and mutt.
- Is there any way to force the main screen to have the initial focus when the application starts? It's a bit jarring to try and have to hit the mouse before hitting keys to select message.
- Likewise when I select respond to a message, can the initial focus not be set to the search window? I would like to just start typing in the text area.
- The position of the calendar is perfect. It allows for a extremly fluid and easy transition to the calendar from the mail screen.
- The speed change without images in the background is awesome.

More as I hit it.
