I now reinstalled all things to e:\opt\zimbra but I still have problems.

start-ldap-windows:
     [exec] OpenLDAP Directory Service wird gestartet..
     [exec] OpenLDAP Directory Service konnte nicht gestartet werden.
     [exec] Ein dienstspezifischer Fehler ist aufgetreten: 19.
     [exec] Sie erhalten weitere Hilfe, wenn Sie NET HELPMSG 3547 eingeben.
     [exec] Result: 2
start-ldap-unix:

     [exec] ldap_bind: Can't contact LDAP server (-1)

BUILD FAILED
E:\opt\zimbra\tomcat\webapps\zimbra\ZimbraServer\build.xml:651: exec returned: 1

The german errors in the "[exec]"-lines mean:

     [exec] OpenLDAP Directory Service is being started..
     [exec] OpenLDAP Directory Service could not be started.
     [exec] A service specific error occured: 19.
     [exec] You get more help when typing in NET HELPMSG 3547.
     [exec] Result: 2

Does anyone know how to fix this error? I can't even start the OpenLDAP service from the Windows service manager, I also get the code 19 error.

The hints in this thread didn't help.
