 Tasks
I find that ZImbra, and many other suites, lack good task support. Tasks are needed on a central server, just like the calandar and email. Assigned tasks are important as well.
Both assigned and normal tasks should be done in a manner to be compatible with as many software packages as possible; Evolution being the prime example. |
