I agree, too.
For me as an ISP looking for a high-end e-mail and collaboration solution for my customers (businesses only) this feature is very important. Google, Microsoft and now even Oracle (
Oracle Cloud Office Preview at Oracle OpenWorld 2010 (The Oracle Office Blog)) seem to be willing to offer full featured office suites.
It would be very interesting to know if Zimbra wants to be a real player in that market.
