Oh yeah, I don't doubt it.

It denfenetly looks like a config file error, and it won't be preserved, but will be replaced if you upgrade.

Good luck, and let us know.
Also, it might be a good idea to pvt Phoenix. He's a wealth of knowledge, and might know where that config file is.
