Not currently. At this point we only support internal or an external LDAP connection. I'm planning on providing more extensive support for other mechanisms in the near feature though, including a way for someone to write their own.
People adventurous enough to play with source can look at authAccount in LdapProvisioning.java in ZimbraServer.
