Ditto on that - smooth upgrade of both servers, took no more than 5 or 6 minutes each for the entire process.

Definitely nicer not having Outlook crash and burn when there is a problem (I just get a dialogue asking if I want to abort, retry or cancel, and telling me abort, I think, will launch the debugger). I think that was fixed in 3.1.1, but we skipped that upgrade.

Now of course, we're just pining away for that shared-calendar-in-outlook support - the preview looked great. I think these point-releases are great, in that it's quickly turning Zimbra from a fresh-from-beta product into an enterprise-grade messaging platform.
