We didn't do the 3.1.1 upgrade, so we will be upgrading 2 servers from 3.1.0 to 3.1.2. If we run into any issues, I'll post them here.
Great news on the Outlook Connector fixes - until now, when something really hosed up the .zdb file, the only solution seemed to be to delete it, and pull everything from the server again - and the date format issue often a problem.
