 Best Business Practices - When a female user changes last name.
So still relatively new to Zimbra when it comes to smaller things.
So heres the issue.
Have a female user - just got married changed her name. Yippie. How do other offices handle the mailbox when it comes to the new name.
Heres an example
Testuser1 - old name
testuser 2 - new name
Was thinking well I create the ldap account and just rename testuser1@blah to testuser2@blah. Well I get a ton of access denied's in the logs.
Curious to know how other sites might handle this. Process's? |
