Uncomment these lines in /opt/zimbra/postfix/conf/master.cf:

#smtps inet n - n - - smtpd
# -o smtpd_tls_wrappermode=yes -o smtpd_sasl_auth_enable=yes

and restart postfix. You'll lose this on upgrade.
