Slow network? Try bumping up your timeouts in the registry on the machine where you are having trouble with Outlook:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Zimbra\Connection

Set all the values to decimal 900000 (15 minutes). I assume they're set to 1 minute now.
