Please check the following:
1) In Settings make sure username is full email
2) it looks like there is an SSL error , for domain please insert https:// before domain name or try using http:// if you have http connection
3) The Text error will be released with the next update we are working on to release shortly to the community.
4) The Settings section will have a Done button when pressing the Domain field.
Part of our next release is Language Localization, we would love to add Dutch to it but do not know anyone locally. Write me a personal note if you have a minute to fill out 40 words for the NL version
