Default what about the zimbra ssl instance?
How did you fix conflicts with the 443 in listening by zimbra?

zimbra:/etc/apache2# netstat -natup | grep 443
tcp6 0 0 :::443 :::* LISTEN 6745/java

or you don't use a ssl connection on webmail?
