I ran into the same issue and have been trying to figure it out for about a month now. I set up a GAL Sync account but still have issues with certain accounts. I have one that if I start typing the users first name does not appear, but does appear when I start typing the last name.
EDIT: Nevermind, it worked after logging out an logging back in. It wasn't finding her at all before I created the Sync account, and then started finding her by last name before I logged out, and works fine now. |
