Even though i've just started using ZD, i can understand the frustration hotmail users are experiencing with this and after reading through the entire thread, it's obviously been a problem for quite some time. Is it asking so much from someone in the Zimbra circle to pop in here once in awhile for a few minutes to just say we understand your frustration and are still working on a solution so please just be patient?
