Just an update on what we're running now:

Mac OS X 10.6.2
iCal Version 4.0.1 (1374)
iPhone Version 3.1.2
Zimbra Version 6.0.3 NE

I thought that our upgrade to Zimbra 6.x would resolve this issue but it still hasn't
