Unfortunately it's the exact same as my system, I was thinking maybe it had something to do with the LDAP access rights from the error you posted earlier.
As for a 6.0.3 release Zimbra is currently waiting on a third party to release a fix. This release will mainly be a security release though. Most fixes were pushed back to 6.0.4. You can see what will be in 6.0.3 here:
