Thank you for your reply ArcaneMagus. Yes the 6.2 upgrade was installed on our system this past Sunday, and yes it did resolve this issue ,and a couple more. I was asked by your Moderator/consultant in thsi thread why I posted it in this forum. First off I posted it here because Yes, we are using the collaboration suite, but secondly and more important. Why did this moderator not reply to my question. Your forums are very limited as to what should go where. Do you not think it would be better customer service if the Moderators tried to help rather than try to confuse matters even more. I know my company has spend a lot of money ,and enormous man hours trying to get Zimbra up & running smoothly so our users can perform their normal daily email and calendaring tasks as easily as possible. I was a bit put off by Phoenix's reply. Rather than help he chose to question the placement of my question. Isn't this a bit counter productive? |
