Zimbra Mobile with iPhone work fine.

It's seem like a problem with long name of user_agent.

EDIT: Solved. Just upgrade on Sony Ericsson P1i to last version of active sync (Sony Ericsson - Support - Softwaredownloads - Detailed - Exchangeactivesync - P1i).
I have a user with the same Problem on ZCS 6.0.2 with a Sony P990i. The user is running the latest Version of Sonys active sync Sofware (which is RoadSync from Dataviz btw.).

I think the suggested update to the latest version is a good workaround for most users - but what we see is a zimbra bug that should be fixed...

I will open a bugreport in Bugzilla.
