Yout CSR only doesnt look proper:-

SubjectAltName= imap., smtp., webmail., zimbra.

Regenerate the CSR. Delete first everything in /opt/zimbra/ssl/zimbra/commercial and recreate the CSR. Test it to have the proper alt names.
