Hi,
I've had numerous local failures that seem like the timezone id is just an invalid character. I've downloaded the appointment via the /zimbra/user/<username>/calendar and found nothing that looked odd there. We've seen it on more than one account and more than one meeting. It seems to only be an issue with the Outlook Connector
