Well, I decided to perform a `./install.sh -u` to remove Zimbra, and then install again. However, I didn't know (or I forgot) that this deletes EVERYTHING, including the stores. Thank Chef Boyardee for backups (even though the latest was a few hours old and new mail since then has been lost).
Anyway, I re-installed 6.0.2, and then restored the backup on top of that and ran `zmfixperms`. Everything is running, and the web UI is working. However, I'm not sure the web UI is v6.0.2 because some of the new features are not present (I think it's the 6.0.1 version) -- probably the result of restoring from backup.
I'll re-try the upgrade later so that I may correct the "dirtyness" I may have introduced by restoring from backup. i am worried, though, that it will break again. So if anyone can still share any ideas they may have about the original issue (with the "Loading" screen being stuck) please share them -- I might be back to this again soon. |
